Jo Dee Martinez

Jo Dee is currently the owner of Gemini Business Performance Solutions, a professional development and consulting & training business that focuses on developing high performance organizations and people through training and management consulting. Gemini BPS is an authorized dealer of 360 Solutions and Jo Dee is a sales consultant for Connections Online, a web-based tool for strategy execution. She is also part owner of the Training Coalition, a non-profit community training organization focused on community-centric training solutions.

Jo Dee has been an active participant and student in business for over 20 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s in business administration with an emphasis in technology management. Jo Dee’s experience spans the financial services, investment, technology and service industries. Most recently she has been providing professional consulting services and development to leaders in various industries.

Jo Dee is passionate about developing organizations and people and has a successful track record of getting results by developing strategies and empowering and aligning people to achieve the goals and the priorities of the organization. For over two decades the professional development programs offered by Gemini BPS have been proven effective throughout the world in large and small organizations.

    Keri founded Results 4 Business in July 2008 to continue fueling her passion for developing employees to reach their potential and organizations achieve their aspirations and vision. Her business model: strategically selected partners to fulfill her vision of being a “business architect” for her clients. Exploring, exploding and achieving what companies want “more of” and “less of” affecting their bottom line.

    Keri’s background is diverse with over 20 years in sales and a tapestry of experience from self-employment and employment with companies like Coca-Cola, Dr Pepper of Albuquerque, Northwestern Mutual Financial Services, Prudential Overall Supply, and Norrell Temporary Services. She worked four years with DeLaPorte and Associates and was promoted to Vice President and Managing Consultant. Focus was on sales growth, facilitation, and a certified trainer. Keri is a certified ontological coach.

    Frances Boggess

    Frances Boggess, owner of Cougar Mountain Management Consulting, is an expert in small business, franchise management, and professional development. Frances coaches company presidents, and corporate executives in their visioning and strategic planning, and also helps train employees for peak performance and change management.

    Frances also owns FranMate.com in which she serves as a franchise broker for over 250 national franchises.

    Frances has founded and managed numerous private companies and non-profits. She has worked with small mom and pop start-ups and multi-billion dollar corporations. She founded an 80,000 member non-profit and also served as COO of Z-CoiL Footwear, helping them grow to over 200 stores nationally.

    As an outdoor enthusiast, Frances incorporated the use of challenge course initiatives into her professional development work for over 25 years. She is a creative strategist with an eye for results. She has a natural ease with people and loves working with teams and individuals to create and attain achievable goals. She has a master’s in public administration and a bachelor’s degree in public relations.

    Frances has worked at the Colorado legislature, served on the Colorado Commission on Higher Education and the CO State Board of Agriculture. She served as Executive Director of the Sacramento Entrepreneurship Academy, President of the NM American Society of Training and Development, and worked with organizations such as Lederle Labs, CoBank, General Mills, Girls Scouts, 4-H, Junior Achievement and Price Waterhouse.

    Diana Spendlove

    Diana offers over 15 years experience as a workplace learning and performance professional practicing in a broad spectrum of business and industry. With an undergraduate in business administration – management, and a master’s in organizational learning, she blends the bottom line with the human line to improve overall organizational effectiveness.

    Diana partners with individuals and organizations to create trust in the workplace and increase employer/employee engagement so that employees are involved in and enthusiastic about their work and the future of their organization. She uses the learning process as a tool to improve performance and help organizations deal more productively with ever-changing environments. Diana holds a wide range of professional certifications as well as the CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) designation from the American Society for Training and Development.

    Cindy Browning

    Cindy offers over 19 years of diversified accounting and management experience. In addition to her financial expertise, Cindy offers over 9 years of business consulting and training.

    As a former NM Small Business Development Center advisor, Cindy has established a strong working knowledge of various business organizations and minority programs that assist business owners in expansion, retention and minority opportunities. A past Chamber of Commerce president and board member for various businesses and entrepreneurial programs, Cindy saw a need for assisting business owners and CEOs in understanding the diversified areas of business.

    She has developed and presents various workshops to help business owners and CEOs achieve a well-rounded understanding of their managerial and fiduciary responsibilities. Business workshop titles include:

    Kathy Darwin

    Kathy founded Business Evolutions in 2001 following three successful careers. Her prior careers involved 10 years as a retail manager and men’s wear buyer for major department stores such as Goldwaters and Sakowitz, eight years as a Commercial Sales Officer and Vice President of Service Quality for Sunwest Bank, and eight years at New Mexico Educators Federal Credit Union where she served as Chief Performance Officer.

    Business Evolutions works with non-profit and for-profit organizations to improve knowledge, process, and products. Their trademark product, Strategic Maximizer™, is a strategic planning tool focused on process identification, development, action, measurement, and evaluation that align with the organization’s goals and strategies.
